GypsyMaps.com Launches
Welcome to the GypsyMaps Blog! This is my first post, as I just launched the site today. GypsyMaps has New York City subway and bus maps with a Google Maps interface. It also offers point to point directions for the subway (bus routing will be available by April). You can even search the map to find all kinds of local businesses. Give it a try, and if you don’t want to type in an address to get routing, try the clickable map version.
I’ll be posting updates to this blog as I make changes to the site. I look forward to hearing your thoughts or feedback.

I like the way line numbers and colors show up above each stop and the “find a business” feature. Nice work. The duration of the journey in your exemple seems too long. I’d like to hear your comments on www.navitia.com a transit mashup for Paris.

Great website! By the way, Bob and Charlotte are my back-door neighbors down here in Goldsboro.

Really helpful website for planning a visit to NYC. If you could add a legend showing which color represents which subway line, that would be icing on the cake.
